We require a deposit in the amount of one nights lodging or 50% (whichever is greater) or credit card number.

Accounts are not charged until guests arrive or in the case of no-shows.

Please notify us immediately if a change in your plans necessitates a cancellation or revised reservation.

Due to the small size of our inn, we are greatly affected by untimely cancellations.
Cancellation of your reservation must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to your arrival on a weekday or at least 5 days prior to your arrival on a weekend. Failure to cancel in a timely manner or not arrive will result in charges for the full amount if we are unable to rent your room.

Cancellation of groups of two rooms
or more or on a holiday or special event weekend require notice of at least 30 days. You will be charged the full amount if we are unable to rent your rooms.

Payment for renting the entire house or for special event weekends will be required 30 days prior to your arrival. If these reservations are made less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the payment is due at the time the reservation is made.
