Enjoy the taste of fresh-ground whole grains from Homestead Gristmill. The gristmill is located just a few miles out of Waco, Texas and is the newest addition to the Homestead Heritage Craft Village. They grind fresh whole wheat flour and cornmeal daily. We use their whole wheat flour and pastry flour in our baked goods at The Cotton Palace.
