Waco’s history as the cotton capital of Texas is celebrated every year with an elaborate production known as the Cotton Palace Pageant, taking place this year on Friday, April 24, 2015. Events take place over the course of the weekend, attracting visitors from all over the state who come to both enjoy and participate in the event.
